Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Myla is a pre-launch mobile CRM for DJs. This Privacy Policy explains how Daniel Alexander, trading as Myla ("Myla", "we", "us"), collects and uses personal information when you visit mylacrm.com (the "Site") and join our early access waitlist.

2. What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• Email address (required), to contact you about early access.
• Technical and attribution data collected automatically, including referring page, UTM campaign parameters, and browser/device information (user agent), to understand how people find us.

We use privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible) to measure Site traffic and which channels work. Plausible does not use cookies and does not track you across other sites. We use a hidden honeypot field on the waitlist form to deter automated bot submissions. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Why we use it

• To operate the waitlist and contact you about early access, on the basis of the consent you give by submitting the form.
• To understand and improve our Site, on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and growing the product.

You can withdraw consent at any time. See section 7 below.

4. Cookies & analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites. No cookie consent banner is required for this Site.

5. Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf:

• Supabase, database hosting (stores your waitlist entry).
• Vercel, website hosting.
• Plausible, privacy-friendly analytics.

These providers may process data outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on the safeguards built into each provider's own compliance program, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect your information.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist information until early access concludes and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever is sooner. Analytics data is retained according to Plausible's own data retention settings.

7. Your rights & unsubscribing

Depending on where you live, including under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to object to or restrict our processing of it, and to withdraw your consent at any time.

To unsubscribe or have your data deleted, email info@mylacrm.com or use the unsubscribe link in any email we send. We'll remove you from the waitlist promptly.

You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. In Australia, this is the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

8. Children

The Site and waitlist are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access-controlled storage and an insert-only database policy so the waitlist isn't publicly readable. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Myla moves from early access to a full public launch. We'll post any changes here and update the "Last updated" date above.
